Joana Quaye, ex-wife of RNAQ, has initiated new legal proceedings at the High Court in Accra. She is demanding her alleged 10% ownership stake in Bills Micro Credit Limited.
The lawsuit also seeks a share of the company's profits accrued since 2011, and a comprehensive disclosure of its financial records. The case is expected to shed light on the financial dealings of the micro-credit institution.
