Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba's wife, Hajia Faiza Seidu Wuni, has gone to the High Court's Specialised Court.

She filed an urgent application called habeas corpus on July 6.

This application asks the court to help find her husband.

She wants to know where he is being held.

She is also asking for his immediate release from detention.

The application names the Bureau of National Investigations BNI and the Attorney General AG as respondents.

Her husband is the former Chief Executive Officer of the National Food Buffer Stock Company NAFCO.

The court filing states that his detention is unlawful.
