The Economic and Organised Crime Office has filed a court document clarifying the status of Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah-Atokple.
An affidavit submitted to the Adenta High Court states that Mr Atokple was not declared a wanted person.
The document also confirms that the directors of Sesi-Edem Company Ltd were not declared wanted.
