An affidavit filed in the Adenta High Court by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has provided clarification regarding the status of Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah-Atokple.
The court document states that Mr. Atokple was not declared a wanted person by EOCO.
Additionally, the affidavit clarifies that the directors of Sesi-Edem Company Ltd were also not declared wanted.
