Deputy Attorney-General Justice Srem Sai stated that a court order directed at Bernard Antwi Boasiako, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, shows the prosecution has proven its case.
This statement follows the court order issued against Chairman Wontumi.
Srem Sai indicated that the allegations made against Wontumi are now considered proven.
He further added that Chairman Wontumi must provide a sensible explanation to the court.
Failure to offer a satisfactory explanation could lead to a conviction.
