Accra High Court has granted police the authority to seize the No. 1 Oxford Street Hotel, reportedly owned by Cheddar, as part of efforts to recover a $14.9 million judgment debt.
The debt is owed to Cola Holdings. Cheddar, however, maintains that the obligation is corporate rather than personal, a distinction that may become central to the ongoing legal proceedings.
