Court of Appeal backs High Court in Bissue case

Judges at the Court of Appeal have dismissed an application. The application asked to pause the High Court case concerning Charles Bissue.

Dr Naa Dedei Tagoe, who is the third person accused in the case, made the request. She wanted the trial at the High Court to be stopped.

The Court of Appeal judges have now ruled against this request.

This means the High Court will continue with the trial.

The case involves Charles Bissue and two others.
