An Accra High Court has discharged a man accused of trafficking narcotic drugs.
The court presided over the case and reviewed the evidence presented.
Judicial Service records indicate that the court found insufficient evidence to support the charges brought against the accused.
As a result, the court ruled in favour of the man, ordering his immediate discharge.
