Former boxer Ayitey Powers has apologised to Yaw Ampofo Ankrah, the Director-General of the National Sports Authority. This comes after Powers was arrested and detained.
Powers stated that he did not mean to hurt the NSA boss with his comments. He made the apology after his release from detention.
He appealed to Mr. Ankrah for forgiveness.
