Claims that former National Signals Bureau Director-General Adu Boahene invested GHS16 million of state funds in a personal fixed deposit have been contradicted by a key witness in court.
Mildred Donkor, testifying as the Attorney-General’s own witness, presented bank records to the court that reportedly do not support the allegations of the misappropriation of state funds. The revelation casts doubt on the initial accusations made against the former official.
