Tamale High Court has handed down a 25-year prison sentence with hard labor to a former police officer, Suleman Ayuba Gbana, and his accomplice, Adam Siba. The two were convicted for their roles in a 2020 armed robbery incident.
The court heard that during the robbery, two foreign exchange dealers were shot and had GH¢530,000 stolen from them. The conviction and sentencing bring a close to this case involving violence and significant financial loss.
